You must agree to let the landlord walk through the house every three months checking for safety concerns. Everyone over 18 years old must sign a lease and will be held 100% responsible for the rent. Responsibility is not divided between adults occupying the house. Anyone that stays in the house for more than two weeks and is 18 years or older must sign a lease.
