Employment and previous rental information along with contact information for each is required to verify information. Credit reports for all tenants 18 years and over are also required. Applicants cannot have children enrolled in Grapevine Colleyville ISD. This is a non smoking house. Water bill will remain in Owners name but $100 per month will be added to rent to cover water usage. Water usage will include water needed to maintain landscaping. Timers for watering landscaping are set and tenant will not adjust but will notify Owner if not working properly. All other utilities (electric, internet, cable etc ) will be set up and paid for by the tenant. Tenant will allow Owner access to the house every 1 - 3 months to replace air filters, maintain koi pond and inspect as needed.
