I am looking for a roommate. This is not an add for the whole place. I posted pictures of my room to show how to stage the room. The room for rent will be empty & available August 1st 2019. The rooms are separate, the upstairs bathroom is shared. Washer/dryer hookups. The property has a small fenced in backyard. I m looking for a roommate. Prior to the showing we will meet in public near by to see if it s a good match. For the showing please have proof of income, rental history with references. No criminal backgrounds.
