Yellow vinyl sided, 1 story home, cottage style, built in 1950 and remodeled last in 2015 with a new roof and windows, plus 2 slider doors. We opened up the living room to a sitting room for a more open concept. We have 2 bedrooms and a bunk room, so able to sleep 6 plus the living room couch. The kitchen comes fully stocked, and the cottage is completely furnished at this time. We have 1 full bathroom with a low stress hold fuller size shower and taller toilet. The appliances are all in good working condition. An AC window unit is available when needed. Heat is provided with a propane wall heater able to heat 800 square feet, along with 2 electric heaters, 1 baseboard heater, and 1 ceramic heater for the bathroom. You will love the outdoor eating area, with a Weber grill and firepit for gathering. This is a very cozy and comfortable cottage. The kitchen has not been remodeled, due to our family wanting some cottage charm. We rent our cottage when available, but may be looking to sell in the future.......
