Please no guests over 15 for overnight stay. Because of security and insurance reason we can only have registered guests on the property. Smoking is not allowed indoors or at the pool area. If you smoke please only outside on your deck and close the doors and windows or away from the buildings. Your guest cottage is located next to the main house and shares a driveway. The stairs are steep and narrow. They are much like stairs you would find in a tiny home or boat. Most people or pets do not have issues with it. However, it might be difficult for people and pets with disabilities. *One time pet fee of $50 per pet per stay Special pet beddings and couch covers are provided. We love dogs but as you can understand, we cannot allow them on the furniture or beds, and must be house trained. We also ask you to not leave your pets alone while your away or crate them. Thank you The pool is solar heated so during the winter months it maybe to cold to swim. Hot tub can be heated for $10.00 for 2 hours. Weather permitting. Swimming pool is shared with the owners, their guests, and possible vacation rental guest from the main house. However, most of the time it is un-occupied, quiet, and relaxing. Cleaning every 15 days is required.
