This is an adorable little yellow adobe located on the eastern side of Park Hill near Fred Thomas Park. We lived here for several years before moving out as our family grew. The backyard works as a lovely entertaining spot for summer and spring cook outs and with all the various flowers planted in the back bed there is always a pretty butterfly to see. The house itself gets tons of natural light which is great for house plants and lazy dogs and cats and with the two window units (in the shed) the temperature is nice even in the hot summer afternoons. At this place you would be a short walk from Oneida street which holds a veterinarian, a dentist, a great butcher (Local Butcher), a great coffee shop (Torpedos), a great casual dining spot (Ester's whose nachos are amazing) and of course Dang's soft serve (honestly this is just worth making a trip for). There is also the Denver School of the arts right Poplar St. Not to mention the nearby greenway which is great for walking the dogs or just yourself. Being a block and a half off of Quebec the home gets none of the noise but all of the convenience. Sprout's, King Soopers, Safeway, Walgreens Pharmacy, a bunch of nice little restaurants; all fewer than seven minutes away by car. It's a lovely little place in a great location. We hope you will agree. The lease terms are for 11 months at a rate of 2500$ per month. Covered utilities include trash (with recycling & compost) and water. Electricity, gas, and internet falls upon the leasee. This is a no smoking unit.
