We are located right off Hwy 30 for easy access. The utilities are very reasonable. there are no windows in the building and security cameras inside and out. All metal building and insulated. Wi-fi and water are provided by the owner. Also the grass areas are taken care of by the owner. If snow removal is required the owner provides that also. The lease is for 12 months per lease. No Smoking in the building. No cooking inside the building. The gas bill is from Alliant and the bill pay amount is $106 per month. The electricity is from Midlands co-op and is around $175 a month. There is one bathroom per building please keep it clean. Parking is at a minimum, there is outside storage in the gravel parking area for $15 a month. The building is rented for $600 a month per bay.
