I left it posted during some TLC, maintenance, and a new floor that got installed in June! I used to live here and frequently miss it: it really was the perfect size for me and wife. Great back deck for birdwatching. Great front porch for coffee in the morning. I love dogs - it isn't a requirement for you to have one, just a plus! The front and back yards are fenced in so your pup has plenty of room to hang out. It's a great house for anyone who wants to live close to downtown, 12 South, Wedgewood-Houston, or Hillsboro Village. I'm happy to share the lease once you get far enough along in the screening. Utilities are not included.
