Secluded location with wooded acreage. No public water available, 3 wells have been dug-2 are bad and third well only produces 100 gallons a day, not enough for someone to live there. Must maintain bridge over creek to get to property and creek floods over bridge and driveway and at times you can not access the home because of flooding.Well company states they do not believe you can have a good well.
