Once upon a time in a land far far away(Saint Clair/Lonedell)there lived a king and queen who lived in a castle (ranch/farm on 30 acres) who spent their time attending to their horses-toand from the barn and pasture,hunting on 10 of the acres and fishing on the moat (large stocked pond).Families from near and far would come to their castle to enjoy the entertainment (bbq).The backyard provided a fenced in area so the royal dogs would not run off.Although the 2nd story of the castle was only partially finished the king and queen knew that one day new owners would easily be able to finish and thus create a stunning tower with 2 additional bedrooms and a bath and living area.Many a meal were prepared in the royal up to date kitchen and served to them and guests in the separate dining room.The jester (tv) would entertain all in the large living room area.The king and queen would adjourn to the secret lower level of the castle (full basement) during times of mischievious weather.Enough said Brokered And Advertised By: Coldwell Banker Premier Group Listing Agent: Daniel Smrt
