Rental price reflects unfurnished house. Full or partial furnishings may be negotiated. Owner currently lives in the other house on the property, but each has their own privacy fences in between. Tenants must be non-cigarette smokers, have good work history, no prior evictions, good credit, good rental references. A very small non-shedding mature dog might be considered (with add'l deposit) if tenant works from home. This property is available August 1st.
