Black out shades over main window and regular blinds over the french doors. Second bedroom - furnished with an antique full sized bed, mirrored chest and small closet. Guest bath with bath/shower, shares the small hall off of the living room. Living Room - includes a Smart TV with sound bar, DVD player (and collection of DVDs), Bookcase additional chairs and side tables and lighting. Recessed lighting as well. Bay windows - nice dappled light in the afternoon. Small dining area - opposite the kitchen and between the living room and reading nook. Dining table is collapsable and can be pushed up against the window and used as bar seating or a work space, if preferred. Reading nook -Cozy spot with daybed, and French doors that open to the patio and backyard. Storage drawers in the daybed. Kitchen - fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - Viking stove, microwave/convection oven, Fridge/freezer - includes ice maker and cold filtered water, Dishwasher, tea kettle, Keurig single cup as well as french press and all you need - plates, glasses, pots/pans, and a few kitchen staples. Kitchen also opens onto the patio, perfect for enjoying outdoor dining. Laundry - Stainless steel washer and dryer located in Kitchen area. Outdoor living spaces - Always a spot to find sun or shade. Large backyard with multiple seating areas - a patio with a dining table, outdoor grill, Adirondack chairs, a daybed lounge, and a fire pit. BBQ and fire pit use propane tanks. An upper grassy area and additional gravel seating area provide quiet spots to relax. Large backyard which is great for dogs. Front yard - seating in private enclosed front yard as well. Nice shady spots throughout the day. For walking/hiking: Easy access to Elysian Park trails and Echo Park stairs throughout the neighborhood, short trip to Echo Park Lake, Silverlake Reservoir and dog park. Easy access to Sunset Blvd and major freeways (2, 5, 110 and 101) for quick and easy trips to Downtown LA, Los Feliz, Atwater, Glendale, Pasadena, Hollywood etc. Minimum 30 days.
