Off of the kitchen is a small screened porch which overlooks a large backyard. The apartment is close to down town and the beaches. Owner pays for garbage pickup. Last months rent is due at signing. No smoking is allowed. A cat or small dog, 25lb, is acceptable. The renter is responsible for a percentage of the electric and water/sewer bill. I will send you a copy of each bill on a monthly basis. The 2 bedroom apartment will pay 70% of the electric bill and the efficiency apartment pays 30%. Based on the number of occupants the water/sewer bill will be split 50% - 50% or higher.
