Santa Maria Cliffs is in "The Avenues" neighborhood east of the Santa Cruz Harbor. It is bathed in sunshine 300 days a year. The ocean keeps us cool in the summer -- it can be 115 in Santa Clara, but only 75 here. Likewise, the ocean keeps us a bit warmer in the winter, and it very rarely drops into the 30s. Friendly, relaxed living is enjoyed by everyone here.
