We do live on-site, and we have upgraded the bathroom and primary bedroom with marble tile and fresh paint. You will have your own driveway for up to three cars. The roads to the property are all paved and well-marked. The setting is just at the base of English mountain and is mostly a nature cul-de-sac. It is furnished with a large sectional in the living room and a 55" TV, both bedrooms have 55" tv's as well, and the kitchen has a 5-foot round table with 5 chairs. It is a marvelous space to unwind and relax; you will feel right at home the moment you walk in. Utilities are included in the rent ( water, gas, electric and wifi). We do require renters' insurance at the time of signing. We do a monthly contract that will renew each month unless you need to cancel, then we need a 30-day notice. There is a no-smoking policy. If anything mechanical breaks or malfunctions, we will replace it. If it is from negligence or misuse, you will be responsible for it.
