The key point of this apartment is LOCATION! It is directly downtown, right next to Firestone, so you are in a very short walking distance to everything the downtown area has to offer. Plus it is about 2 blocks of a walk to the NW side of campus. *There is onsite parking but there is only one parking spot for this apartment. We are trying to fill it as quickly as possible so if you are looking for August, we can take your name and number as we might have other locations open for that time frame.
