Tides Edge subdivision is a small 29 home seaside community with picket fences and metal roofs. Paradise by the Ocean is what we consider it. There is beach access with a neighborhood Gazebo and restroom. The HOA dues are some of the lowest in the area. There are covenants and by-laws to keep the community very desirable and up to snuff. There are two annual gatherings at our Gazebo, Memorial Day and Labor Day. Cook-outs and music and great food, plus a toast to ward off hurricanes. We purchased the lot in 2003 and had our wonderful house built and finished in 2005. We get a peek at the ocean and intracoastal from the top back deck. Oversized, deep garage, lots of storage areas. Open floor plan, great for entertaining. Kitchenette on the 3rd. floor. No short term rentals or Airbnb in the neighborhood.
