I recently did a major renovation. Added a level. I mean completely renovated 2nd floor where now has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. I used to have 1 bedroom and open space in 2nd floor and no bathroom. Now I have 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in 2nd floor. Similar house for sale in same zip code 07013 are priced much higher than currently my house is estimated in zillow. I spent approximately 175000.00 for major renovation. My house was estimated in zillow around 380k in Zillow site before I spent 175k for major renovation. I also completely redone kitchen, ceiling, side wall, floor in first and basement. After I did all major remodeling, my house still estimated as 389k in Zillow. This does not make sense. Please update estimated price accordingly. accordingly.
