The Great Room is open to the kitchen, making entertaining a pleasure. The new island is bigger than ever! Plenty of room for an optional built-in-bookcase wall, the new Great Room has a rear fireplace and 10' ceiling. We even made the screened porch more private, by nestling the porch off the dining area and family room a wonderful way to bring the outdoors inside, while still maintaining privacy. There is a convenient first floor bedroom in addition to the Owner's suite, but if you need more room, we offer an optional third bedroom with full bath on the second floor.
