I need 1 roommate guranteed by this week to move into a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house at the end of April. The master bedroom is available. It has a walk-in closet, bathtub, shower, sky lights, and your own deck. It is on the 3rd floor of the house. Your roommates would be me (22 year old female student) and my friend who is a 25 year old male student. I would prefer a girl as the 3rd roommate! No pets. One block from the beach.
