The apartment is pretty big, two normal sized bedrooms, large living room and nice open kitchen. Our lease begins on June 15, and so this is when we would like to begin our sublet as neither of us will be here. We will want to move in around August 26th when residences open up to upperclassmen. The total rent is $1750 per month, which includes all utilities except electricity, internet, and cable. There is laundry in the basement. It is unit #3 at 224 Park are very beautiful hardwood floors and it centrally located near Dunkin Donuts, JoJo's,Barracuda, and many other places. Let me know if you have any other questions!
