Bathrooms are shared as well as small but functional kitchen, living/dining space, and back patio. No smoking inside the building (outside is fine). Off street parking. App based laundry is on-site. No pets please. The room is available to a responsible, reliable adult. While a male roommate is preferred, all genders will be considered. 6-month lease, August 1, '26 through January 31, 27. (a July move-in can be arranged if needed) Rent is $1200.00 per month. Utilities and internet access are included. The property manager requires proof of income and will run a credit check.
