This home has always been my favorite. It is very structurally sound. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath two story with first and second story porches. All electric currently but it is piped for natural gas. Electric central AC and heat. Ceiling fans. I’M SELLING AS IS (or willing to complete certain repairs if need be). IT DOES NEED SOME TLC. The selling price reflects that the home does need some repair but it is definitely livable. Everything works. The plumbing and electric have been updated. The roof is about 12 years old. It is a very good house. I have listed it this way because the buyer may have a different game plan than I would. No use in wasting time and repairs only to be ripped out by new owner.
