You will be close to everything at The Pineapple Shores Motel. This building has been renovated, while the front building is still under construction. We are offering this as a discounted place to stay during this time since many people were displaced during the storms until our Grand Opening. Expect construction on the property, but not in your unit building. Pets are allowed if they get along with others, with a pet fee of $25 per pet per day, maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be disclosed and paid for prior to arrival. One parking spot per unit and motorcycle parking on site. Smoking in the unit is absolutely not allowed. Any indication of smoking inside the room or near the room where smoke smell can get in will result in eviction without question and forfeiture of a security deposit. Pets must always be on a leash and be friendly. Aggressive or unleashed pets will not be allowed. No parties, no drugs, or underage drinking. No loud music, cursing, or behavior that would make other guests uncomfortable.
