Current tenant has been there 2 years and pays $800 a month rent plus the property taxes twice yearly. However were buying on a lease purchase and couldn't get there loan. Would keep the current tenants by lowering rent to $600 a month, and assuming the property taxes. All appliance included in sale except washer.
