The Original Chandler House, haunted house can be your's if you're brave enough. But be prepared with lots of candy on Halloween. I've done a free haunted house/Walk for the past 23 year's or so. Only had 694 people walked through this year, the other half were to scared. My family & I have witnessed several hurricane's and have only taking minimal damage remaining Liveable through out every storm. She's a 4 bed 2 bath home with underground utilities and lots of porch area, side porch is/was screened in, back yard is/was fenced in. Hurricane Ian blows.. house has been remodeled and brought up to Lee county code standard's in 2010 everything is 12 years old at this point like the a/c, water heater, roof, floors, cabinets etc etc. A little TLC is all she needs this house is not perfect and has a few minor issues some of which will be fixed before sale of home. This home will not meet FHA guidelines at the moment..
