This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unfurnished apartment for rent. Back bedroom has a walk in closet. If you would like us to Hold the apt there is a $200 deposit thats required while your application is pending. It's will only hold the apartment up to a week for our convenience. The deposit is refundable if you decide to not rent with us however if you do it goes directly into your first months rent. Periodically we will do walkthrough through property to look at the up keep and make sure there's no issues. We will be sure to contact you before hand so it's a time convenient for both of us. There's absolutely no smoking or parties allowed on the property, if i find that there is you are breaking the lease and subject to immediate termination per my discretion (Non-negotiable). As the tenant you are agreeing if you break this lease you will move all belongings off the property within a week. Lastly garbage day is every Monday we would advise taking your garbage out Sunday night. Please separate trash recycle and bundle cardboard in flat smaller pieces. Please set thermostat to 55 degrees heat only in the winter if leaving for more than 3 days. To avoid any pipes freezing and bursting this is mandatory.
