    For rent, I have a beloved (and old!) brick home in the Biltmore area off of Campbell and 24th St. The home is freshly painted with maintained grass yards and a doggie door. Blocks from the Biltmore mall, the neighborhood is safe and lively. Within walkable distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and more. The home is older, but with updates such as a new bathroom with walk-in shower. No tub. The AC unit was replaced this year. The flooring has been replaced with LVP. I will cover the landscape service for the grass and trees. Other small updates are pending in the backyard to make the home even more beautiful. There is an unfinished storage room and laundry room including a washer and dryer. The home is rented by me, a Phoenix native who is readily available for any concerns that may arise. Enough of rental management companies! Landowner pays for landscaping of grass, not plants. Utilities will be in renters name. Renters must have rental insurance. NO smoking Dogs OK (max 2), no cats. Must provide rabies vaccination. 12 month lease. For shorter term, negotiation possible.
