The townhouse is located in a prestigious Saxony condominium complex that is just two blocks (walking distance) away from the main shopping plaza in Sammamish. I am not asking for any mark-up on the rent; I am simply looking for someone to assume my lease on the same terms as were offered to me. You will be asked to sign a new 12-months lease.
