I'm moving to Houston and I'm looking for someone to takeover my lease at Camden Farmers Market. The apartment complex in near downtown and Deep Ellum. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Your roommate will be a male in his late 20s. Rent will be slightly less that $900 per month, but excludes electricity (which typically comes out to around $40 per month). To find a replacement quickly, I'm only asking to $800 per month. Images 1 and 2 are of the common areas - these areas will stay as is (all the furniture is my roommates). Images 3 and 4 are of the bedroom, and 5 and 6 are of the bathroom. All furniture/items will be removed from these rooms when I move out. As mentioned, the common areas (living room, dining area, kitchen) are already fully furnished. You are welcome to bring your own stuff as well, but the only area you will need to furnish is the bedroom. Move-in date will be late January as that is when I will be moving out.
