Its a beautiful house that we lived in for 8 years and since we outgrew it we decided to rent it out. Great neighborhood for kids. Almost all wooden flooring on the 1st floor. Beautiful yard with adequate number of trees. Its one of the better locations within Sammamish with a 5 minute access to 228th. Looking for a family (preferably without pets) that will treat the house like its own. Small pet is fine but will require a deposit of 2 months rent instead of one month rent. HOA and Property taxes are paid by owners. Renters pay everything else such as water, electricity, gas, cable etc.
