My favorite things about these apartments is that they have trash chutes on every floor and they have underground parking so in the winter months you can take the elevator down to your car without stepping out in the cold! They also have detached garages as well! It has a very nice gym with everything you need! It has a pool and a nice club house with games and large tv screens. Close to food and shopping! ($1,400 a month) Current tenant will give $500 towards deposit if filled by November 1st-must go through current tenant for this offer and current tenant must be present at the lease office when the lease is signed.
