New appliances, the house has been freshly painted. Huge backyard with lots of open space. We allow pets with exceptions of aggressive breeds, however, those are open to review. The community is fairly quiet, clean, and is close to a variety of schools and stores, perfect for families. The owner pays HOA and home insurance, while renters are responsible for utilities. There are one-time pet deposits, smoking is allowed but preferred outback and must be cleaned up. Any damages done to the property must be notified to the owners immediately. Tenants will be responsible for the damages considering everything has been newly replaced, exceptions can happen.
