I just purchased this NEWLY completely renovated home. It has can led lights throughout, brand new bathrooms, (master is fit for a King and Queen), kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances are brand new. The washer and dryer are functional but you may want to get your own. I'm leaving a sectional coach, a new Samsung 75" wall mounted TV with surround sound, kitchen utensils and small microwave. I also have a self propelled mulching lawnmower in the shed if you want to mow or offset cost in mowing season. At most, I have had to mow once a week and it takes an hour to do. Cul de sac is quite with very little local foot traffic. Next door neighbor, Bob, is the watchdog of the community. Dave the mechanic lives up the street. Really quite place to relax at night with the bullfrogs and crickets. There is a fence in the back yard, that has the original drainage pond for the cul de sacs, beyond it. It's a tropical forest and amazing No smell. I sprayed for ticks this year and have not had any for my dog. Backyard is nice size for small children and a dog. Driveway has space for 2 vehicles, street parking is abundant. My contract ended with government so I thought I'd see if I could get a good renter in. Lease is 6 months or a year, I would like a year but understand who works in the area. Tenant pays for electric, water and sewer, cable/internet, garbage(community transfer station is free), mowing is negotiable
