Upon entering, you will see the spacious living room and smart TV. Also in this space is a cozy cough and hide-a-bed with a queen mattress for any extra guests that stay! Owner pays for utilities. Small pets allowed (under 20 pounds). No smoking. There's a designated parking space 2 feet from the front door. Parking space is on site and directly in front of the unit (on the right of the parking lot) There is also street parking for additional cars Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 30 day minimum. To maintain a pristine environment, smoking is absolutely prohibited within the unit. Any violation, whether during your stay or upon checkout, incurs a $500 fine, in addition to applicable fees.
