I'm looking to sublease my room in my apartment (Redmond Apartments) because I am studying abroad this summer. I am willing to move out as soon as someone could move in (April, May, June, or July) but preferably at the beginning of the month. Good location off of University and 8th ave. I live with 3 girls, all university students. The rent is $600 a month. There is free laundry and monthly utilities range from $20-$30 a month per person. Grills and grill utilities are provided for tenants. Rooms aren't too big but can fit a full/queen bed, desk, dresser, floor mirror, floor lamps, mini fridge, storage compartments/shelves, and has a moderately large closet. Very high ceilings and cozy feel. Landlords are very nice and helpful. Apartment has new utilities and nice kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Message me for more details!
