New carpet is one week old! Just got two heat pumps a few months ago. Man, does that save money on heating!! So quite, too. We have a fireplace that we love to use. Back deck is VERY private, and quiet. All you hear is the ocean, and birds. Community has a clubhouse with a seasonal pool. And an ocean front cabana for all residents to use. Community has two beach accesses.
