This property has many upgrades. If you actually look at the property in person, you will see what an amazing deal this is. BTW, Zillow's Zestimate is completely off...not sure what's up with that. There is a third storey to the building that has been used for storage and a workshop. There is also an unfinished area on the ground level that could be utilized. We have put a lot of work into the building, but recently moved out of the area. Currently (October/November,2020), all six apartments are rented.
