Health club & pool also located on upper level of building (at extra charge should you choose to join). We are currently in contract until April 1st, 2019 and would need someone to move in starting mid-November. You would be responsible for the remainder of the lease (mid-November through April 2019), with the opportunity to sign a longer term lease after April.
