This rate is almost $300 less per month than the current asking price for the same apartment on the building website! March 1st move in date. Security Deposit required. Credit check. $75 application fee per person in the apartment. Must make 50x the rent as collective income. $250 one time fee to sign over lease. Lease is up July 21st but can be extended. We've lived in the building for 5 years and rates typically only go up by $30 - $100 each year.
