This apartment is in a building where weddings are occasionally held on various Friday or Saturday nights during the summer, and music can be heard from the DJ's music, which ends at 12am sharp. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses are allowed. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Lockouts will result in a $180 fee per occurrence. Overnight street parking is prohibited from December 1st to March 1st. Metered street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood and 2-hour time limits apply from 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm Saturday. Includes a laptop-friendly workspace.
