    This gorgeous 60 X 120 foot view lot sits on the corner of 7th and Clark Street on Tumwater Hill in Tumwater, WA. The lot is zoned Single Family, Single Family with detached Mother-in Law, or Duplex. Surrounding the lot are lovely custom built homes, and down the street are several duplexes. Our thought before we retired from building, was to build an exquisite duplex that would look like a large single family home, with both units having views and two car garages, and the entryways and garages not noticeable from either unit. We believed that by using high end finishes, we would get a great return on our investment by renting to professionals or retirees, or even families or singles who wanted a quiet neighborhood near the city. We began designing the plans and would be happy to give them to the buyer of the lot. We actually built the home directly across the street at the corner of 7th and Clark seen in the photos, as well as the home directly above it on Clark.
