Close to local grocery stores, and shopping. Renter is responsible for all utilities. No pets whatsoever. No smoking in the house allowed. Nothing can be done to the house unless okayed by landlords. No large house parties that would disrupt neighbors. Rent would be do between the 1st-5th of the month. 1 year lease contract. Once contract is up renter can choose to stay or move. All yard work will be taken care of by the landlord. Failure to pay rent by the allotted time will result in a $25 fee per day until rent is paid. Any bounced checks will also result in a $25 fee.
