This unit has plenty of charm and even more room to move around. Owners lived in this unit for 19 years, it's where our kids grew up - it's a great spot. Renter responsible for electric. Heat and hot water is included. Last month's rent and security deposit due at signing. We prefer an application being filled out before showing (there's much interest, but we both work full-time, so it's difficult to show it to everyone). No smoking inside. Dogs OK.
