2003 Southern Energy Mobile Home, 28x60, 1,680 sq. ft. Great neighborhood, mixture of weekenders and full time residents but most are long term, there’s very little turnover on this street. Our lease amount last year was $4,358. New lease requires application and approval by Lay Bay LLC. No HOA fees. Zillow listing shows a property tax amount but there actually is no property tax, only MH registration.

What the owner loves about this home
We've been here 10 years and have made wonderful memories. It’s like being on vacation year round and the kids and grands love coming to the lake! We're going to miss our lake neighbors and this place so much but life is happening and it's time for us to relocate to be closer to family.
