New lease requires application and approval by Lay Bay LLC. No HOA fees. Zillow listing shows a property tax amount but there actually is no property tax, only MH registration. This is a well built MH, 2x8 floor joists, 3/4" tongue and groove sub-floor, wood studs, sheet rock walls. Metal roof installed in 2021 and new fasteners/washers installed 2025. Plenty of storage throughout. This is not the usual weekend lake place, we’ve made upgrades to make it a comfortable full time home. Fiber Optic Internet is available from both AT&T and Spectrum. A one year home warranty will be provided to the new owners. The kitchen has been remodeled with custom real wood cabinet fronts, custom pull out organizers, new counter tops, LG French Door “smart” fridge, Samsung propane range, the vent hood actually vents outside. Adjustable shelving was added in the large walk-in pantry, the upright freezer in the pantry can stay. Coretec LVP was installed in the kitchen as well as the pantry, dining area, and living room.     What the owner loves about this home
    We've been here 10 years and have made wonderful memories. It’s like being on vacation year round and the kids and grands love coming to the lake! We're going to miss our lake neighbors and this place so much but life is happening and it's time for us to relocate to be closer to family.
