The Sound of Music is one of my favorite movies, with "My Favorite Things", still being one of my favorite songs. I like the description of everything favorite to Julie Andrews. Similiarly, this home on Stoneykirk has many of my favorite things too. First,it's five years old and still shows like it's a new build, bespoke cabinetry and wood laminate floors still feel very current. The eat in kitchen with barstools and plenty of room for Holiday eating. The yard landscaped with front lawn and backyard landscaped with trees, paths, fire pit with Adidirondacks and a huge deck with covered patio and plenty of room for entertaining and Grilling. Often in the emotion of buying a new build people forget about the expense of painted walls, blinds on the windows, landscaped front and back yards. It's too easy to get swept up in the emotion without considering the financial consideration. With this home its all done for you! Raindrops on Roses are lovely,simply remembering this home as your favorite is even better!
