The first floor is dedicated to shared living, featuring a light-filled living area, a functional kitchen, a dining space, and a convenient half-bath. The property has a large front porch, with gate. You will be in an HOA community -- which, to me, has been a breath of fresh air, coming from an apartment complex. The community is quiet, friendly, and safe. There are two gated entrances. Parking-wise, you'll have a dedicated space, in front of the entrance to the townhouse. The monthly rent of $900 includes all bills/utilities. The owner requires an application completed through Zillow. There is an application fee of $35, which includes a background check.
