Cottage is located one block from the General Store, and a short walk to state park. I am a local owner of this property. Owner pays for water, sewer , garbage pickup, electrical and natural gas. Owner requires first month rent and one month security deposit. No smoking allowed in cottage or porch. Pet friendly with pet security deposit of $300. Lease is from March 2, 2026 to April 30,2026
