My roommate and I are subleasing our apartment at Crowne At Campus Pointe Apartments. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath and 2 walk in closets. ($610 a person/$1220 for whole unit) It features a full kitchen, dish washer, washer and dryer, and spacious living room. The price includes all maintenance, fitness center, pool, parking pass and much more! Basically all amenities except water and electric! (check the website for full detail if interested). The apartment is not furnished, but one can request it to be furnished for an extra cost (not sure the cost because I furnished it myself so check website for more detail). Pets are welcome! The unit is on the 3rd floor and its such a lovely place to live! Wish I didn't have to leave! WILLING TO NEGOTIATE TO MAKE IT WORK! :)
