Our rental property sits on 2+ acres of land with a spacious front and back yard for kids to play. Located on the property is a small storage building that can be used by the signed lease holder. The home is spacious and is the right size for a single family. There is two separate living rooms in the home with one of them extending off the side of the dining area by a step down area. The home currently had new windows installed throughout and new steps built to the front door and a small porch on the back. The home comes furnished with a dish washer, microwave, stove and refrigerator. There are hookups in place for the standard washer and dryer set. No stackable sets allowed. The master bath has two sinks, a nice garden tub and a separate shower. We have the property listed as no pets and we reserve the right to stick with that but we also understand that the area of Pets can range from cats to lizards. We will keep an open mind on the pet policy so please ask us and we can talk about that. This is a private rental property and we do not participate in any housing assistant programs No smoking, no regular parties, no sub leasing, no drugs, no prior evictions.
